Start with one department
A department is the unit you buy. Its team lead and its approval gates are inside the price. Adding another reviewer or another gate to a department I already run costs you nothing.

What a build includes, and what is a new one
Written the way you would ask for it, so the line is easy to find.
Included in the price
“Add an approval gate to a department you built.”
“Change who reviews the drafts before they go out.”
“A reviewer or a gate added to a department already in the build.”
“Tuning during the build until the behavior matches what you agreed.”
A new build
“Build a new department for a business line I haven't mapped.” From $295.
“Add a fourth department to a three-department organization.” From $295.
“Map a process nobody has documented yet.” Start with the free consult.
“Build a website or internal app end to end.” Scoped separately, ask.
Pick by what you're thinking right now
If you're between two of these, pick the lower one. You can always step up after a conversation, and the consult is free.
The things that usually turn up later
You own everything
Setup files are plain files on your own Claude Code, ChatGPT or Codex account. You keep them whether or not you stay. I host nothing.
Token costs go to your provider
Billed by Anthropic or OpenAI directly, at cost, on your account. I add no markup and never touch it.
Fixed price means fixed scope
Every build has a stated cap in departments and agents. I tell you before I start if the intake shows the work exceeds what you bought, not after.
Nothing recurring
No retainer, no subscription, no license, no onboarding fee. Every build is one-time and complete on its own.
Not included by default
Third-party subscriptions you don't already have, custom software development, and anything needing an account I cannot reach. Named up front rather than discovered mid-build.
The consult costs nothing
Thirty minutes and a blueprint you keep, free. It is the cheapest way to find out this is not a fit, and if it is not, you have paid nothing.
